Payment Terms
Cashless payment with VAT
We work with legal entities and VAT payers. After agreeing on the order details, our manager will send you an invoice. We provide a full package of necessary documents.
Start of production
Most of our products are made individually according to your dimensions. Therefore, the order is transferred to production after a prepayment of 70% - 100% (depending on the volume and specifics of the project).
Delivery Methods
Delivery by Nova Poshta
We send finished products all over Ukraine. Delivery is carried out to a cargo branch or directly by a Nova Poshta courier. The delivery cost is paid by the customer according to the carrier's tariffs.
Pickup in Kyiv
You can pick up your finished order directly from our production facility. Please coordinate the time of your visit with your manager in advance.
Installation Services
Attention: Service temporarily suspended
In standard mode, our installation teams travel to facilities with their own transport for professional pit arrangement and grille laying. At the moment, installation service is not provided. We will definitely inform you when we resume this service. Thank you for understanding!
